As any licensed real estate agent will tell you curb appeal can be a major factor in selling a home. As your neighbors can tell you (or you them) it can brighten up the neighborhood. From something as simple as putting a fresh coat of paint on the front door to adding shutters or painting them the right color or even a few flowers in the front yard you can add significant appeal and value to your home. Born in 1964 and graduated from Quincy High School in 1982. I started painting in the summer before my senior year. After working in the painters union and a partnership in Happnie Painting I opened Happnie Homes in 2004. We provide painting and other home improvement services to the south shore, greater Boston and beyond.
